How to buy the property that is declared red zone?

It is not at all advisable to buy property in red zone areas as these are considered unsafe zones and so have been declared by the government as no-development zones.
The municipal corporation doesn't provide civic amenities there and also there have been reports that houses made in these areas have been razed at times.

opinion; The purchaser has to approach the government for lifting of red zone with proper application. It may be lift or not depend on grounds. The government has power to do it. otherwise the purchaser can use it for the purpose mentioned in the order. There is no bar to get register the same in the name of purchaser name.

The red zone is any area or space that has had the curbing and boundary markers painted in a 'traffic-Red' color to indicate private vehicles are not allowed to park there.
