I am 60 years old. I got marriage when I am in 12 years old.I didn't went to school.my parents both are demiced.father left me 35 years back and mother left me 5 years back.when I got marriage there is no ration card, aadhar card and no voter id.this is typed by my son pavan.we are totally 4 members my self daughter,three brothers and we all marriages are over past 40 years back.we have 13 acres of agriculture land on my father's name.when doing the partitions,my brothers left me and went to mandal revenue office and said we only three sons are the heirs of my father.mandal revenue officer also transferred the property to only my three brothers.right now they are having registered documents.can I make case on my brothers,because of giving a wrong information to mandal revenue officer and how can I will get my share in the my father's property.they harassed me a lot and didn't invite me to my mother house past 35 years.please I am folding my hands and praying to u give the suggestion.

You need to send legal notice to Registar, to your brothers and file the suit for partition for the said property and u hv to file one police complaint too ..plz b in touch to assist you better n asap ….

as per the Hindu succession act, you have a right in your parents' property. if your brothers have misrepresented before the authorities to exclude you from your parents' property, you may challenge the same by filing appropriate case before the court. you may also file a complaint before the police.
