I purchased a electrical bike one year back ,presently the battery is not working I hand over the battery to service provider 4 months back, they promised me to provide a spare battery in few days untill the main battery recieved back. But till now they haven't responded for that and I visited many times to the service centre for the same issue also they haven't given my original battery back...they only telling that company making delay...May I go legally regarding this isssue
hi if the battery is not working and they are not repairing then if they are not repairing original battery then you could send legal notice to them asking them to repair the machine and if they failed then you could file consumer complaint in court
