Electricity wing raded my house floor in January 2019 whose meter was found tampered which I don't know who did it but now electricity department have Generated challan of 1 lakh moreover I didn't know about what was happing so I was in a hurry and signed some documents given by them. But I suspect my neighbours on whon I lodged MCD complaint of living in illegal construction for which i requested confiscating water and electricity connection. MCD forwarded complaint to BSES but BSES closed it saying they can use that meter for as many floors. Previously that meter had shortcircuted with fire that made me complaint for more than 6 times through pgportal. Now BSES had challaned me 1 lakh how to deal with it
you need to immediately proceed to consumer forum and take a stay on that demand notice failure to which they will start recovery proceedings against you.
