Death date mistake in Relinquishment deed

There is a relinquishment deed created between my father and families of his two brothersEveryone signed it and it has been already registered at sub registrar office and when we received the paper we saw that death date of one brother is mentioned wrong(instead of death date .. registration date of death certificate is mentioned)nWe even attached his death certificate along with the deed papersNow what should we do? Will there be any problem in future as now my father(releasee) is the sole owner of property..Please help me with this doubt ASAP.

yes it can create problem in future if any one dispute it. So you have to make a rectification deed on the basis of death certificate andget it registered in concerned sub registrar office. it will save you from any dispute in future regarding the property.

Hello, since the mistake is in the title document, anyone going through it and recognizing the same will only create a doubt in the mind. So, as to avoid such situation, we shall rectify the same although it will not hamper the rights of the releasee. For this, a rectification deed can be managed to be registered accordingly.

You need to file application for rectification at sub registrar office and this is the only thing u can do rectify the mistake ! U need to approach sub registrar office in this regard n kindly get it rectified
