Can a relinquish deed be done after registry

21-May-2023 (In Property Law)
We are 2 sisters and 1 brother (myself). I got the registry done on behalf of unregistered will. Is it possible to get the relinquish deed done after registry. Kindly advise to get it more authentic and avoid any problems in future

Yes. Relinquishment deed can be executed after registry. It is basically an instrument that gives away one's right in the property with or without consideration. Get a proper reliquishment deed drafted and executed by the parties giving up their share.

Yes, their is no bar or making relinquish deed, it can be done anytime. If your sisters wants to do so they are free to. And you need to get the relinquish deed registered too.
