My grand father left a registered will in favour of my father however some years later my father and his two brothers got a relinquishment deed done in favour of one brother.Which documents supercedes which one

The relinquishment deed by your father and his 2 brothers in favor of one brother will supercede over the Will of your grandfather. This is because your father gets inheritance via a registered will from your grandfather. So now that asset becomes self earned property of your father. Now he is free to dispose it off as per his will. So when your father chooses to sign a relinquishment deed in favor of another brother that will be upheld in court as against the Will of your grandfather.
