I’m an indian Muslim girl planning my marriage to an Afghan national here in India. I want a religious ceremony. I want to know what is the procedure and what are the requirements for my marriage to be registered legally. Thank you
Yes it can be registered in India but one should go in depth compliance checklist of the both speacifically national of other country and it is to be noted that it can be registered with the registrar or marriages with proper conditions and allied laws
