Dear sir. According to Shanghai Law as well as Indian Law you can get a second marriage but it is a duty of you that you have to provide proper maintenance to both wife's. If you taken a talk from first wife you have to provide accommodation to her.

There is no hindrance for a musLim male to marry a second time. You can approach a Qazi in the city and get it done according to the sharia later on you can register it from Additional District Magistrate.
