Divorce issue wife is not give divorce also dont want to stay with

I have done marriage on 1feb2021 i have one baby now my wife not staying with me and dont want to came here 2 time in police station she commit she need divorce but there father told her dont give divorce easily demand money from him now the situation is she not want to stay with me and also not giving me divorce so can i done second marriage in as per muslim law or if i done without divorcing her so i can face any problem because i ask so many time to my 1st wife but they not ready for both the think just they want to hell my life
Well, as per the Islamic Law prevailing in India currently you have the freedom to keep four wives, however, you have to give respect and love to each of your wives equally. You have to treat them equally in all aspects and have to take care of the economic, physical, mental and emotional needs equally.
