How to close a case if the lady agrees for a compromise. She filed three cases as below and all needs to be closed. Kindly advise step by step procedure for closing these cases as the lady agrees for compromise via Demand Draft Amount to be paid to her after closure. All as per muslim personnel law. 1) She filed a case through police station IPC 498A - How to legally close the case if the couple is muslim. 2) She filed also a case under 125 maintenace 3) She filed also a case in Family court. How to close all the cases in the court as per muslim personnel law.
Your case is compoundable . She has to give one application for compromiser I the police station and court that she is sorted all her dispute and her husband fell guilty and sorry and he promised me that this incident will never have again and if she wants to live with you she explain it or if she doesn't want to live with you than she explain her terms and condition about settle ment like money and all that
