Mental stress caused by irresponsible act of dermatologist

My Son (age 12 years) got permanent scar on head (cells/tissue got damaged permanently) because of wrong procedural approach done by the dermatologist with liquid nitrogen for alopecia. Myself and My son got so much worried because of this act by doctor. I contacted him regarding this issue but he doesn't bother about or not realized what he had done. I want that doctor to understand and feel sorry for his irresponsible act.

You can complaint to the State Medical Council eg for maharastra , Maharashtra Medical Council for different state it has different State Medical Council's On Professional Etiquees and Code of Indian Council Of medicine act 2002 or else You can give a Private Civil Complaint in Near by police station and book the case for do necessary legal proceedings through notice or else claim even damages from the medical practioner
