Hopefully Not possible because all courts are closed right now physical hearing is not done only virtual hearing take place that to in High court, after lock down relaxation the court resume as well. Trial courts are not functioning to my knowledge.
Q: A Bombay Based Company Issue 60lakh Cheque And Bounced
A Bombay based fashion company issued us cheque of 60lakh and when we presented,it was pre stopped. They are not paying now. I approached police to register a fraud case, they refused. Please guide. The goods were supplied to them with GST invoice.

Have necessary documents like Bounced cheque Xerox copy, bank details note like Bounced in record note, E mail correspondence, all documents and give a legal notice and take all documents with full and file a fresh complaint In Court with added To Court fee and it will be listed and the rest will be taken by Advocates.
Q: Mental stress caused by irresponsible act of dermatologist
My Son (age 12 years) got permanent scar on head (cells/tissue got damaged permanently) because of wrong procedural approach done by the dermatologist with liquid nitrogen for alopecia. Myself and My son got so much worried because of this act by doctor. I contacted him regarding this issue but he doesn't bother about or not realized what he had done.
