Faulty pacemaker what action can I take

How can I prove in the court that the medtronic company pacemaker is faulty? And because of that I lost my grandmother after two days of implantation of pacemaker
You yourself say that it was faulty on what basis. Is there any report from concerned authorities/maker/hospital or any other source.the same can be proved by summoning the authority concerned in the court and further to prove that death was only because of its fault and negligence of the doctor who place it without proper checking causing death.
