Bed Sore Detected in ICU of Sanjeevan Hospital

Name : HIRALAL APPAJI NAVALE Age : 77 Yrs. Pre-existing Diseases : Diabetics since 37 Years. BACKGROUD: My father was admitted in SANJEEVAN HOSPITAL on 24-10-2019 at around 3:30 am. On account of Fewer and Low Blood Pressure. He was immediately shifted to ICU and the treatment was initiated. On 30-10-2019 at around 4:30 PM. I was informed by on duty sister [ICU] to arrange Air Bed. She in turn briefed me that there might be a chance of Bed Sore. On 30-10-2019 again at around 9:30 PM on duty Doctor [ICU] called me and shown me the Bed Sore where I found that the skin of around 8 cm X 6cm is already worn out and it was informed that it is a 1st stage Bed Sore.
