What happens when a piece land has been transferred by forgery

15-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I am resident of srikakulam rural area and agriculture is my occupation. I have only 1 acre land which is under my name since 20 years .I am cultivating this land and also I am paying land tax too on this land. Still last year 2016 it was on my name but suddenly it has changed to other name during the time of sadhu chakravarty( MRO of that time) in 2016. Not only my land, that fellow transferred nearly 30 acres of land to one person who is claiming as the descendent of some zamindars and now claming ownership rights to this lands. When we come to know this matter, we together went to him to ask but he offered some amount of money instead of land but farmers refused to accept his offer.after that he refused to leave that land then farmers became silent because they are illiterate and very poor .Can you please suggest me how to get back my land on my name ????

Make a complaint against MRO in Collector Office and concerned RDO. You also put a petition to Collector and RDO to cancel his name in land records and restrain original names which reflected earlier. If they are not taking action then you may approach High Court .
