Want to rent apartment on leave and license agreement

I want to rent my flat for leave and license agreement for 36 months, what I want to know is will I have any problems to evacuate my tenant after the expiry of my agreement.

The leave and license cannot be more than 11 (eleven) months. It is a technical matter of law. If it pass more than eleven months then it will be govern by the law of tenancy.
If you are strict to provide license for 36 months, it must be registered by giving revenue to the government.

No you will not have but generally leave and license is made in multiple of eleven months so you can make it for 33 months. If you want then kindly contact us we will draft you the agreement as per your desire

For solve the future problem in between two person, Written Agreement in each and every cases is better than verbal agreement. On the other thing, Time is not a big factor. But some person feel that, short time agreement is better than long time Agreement. However, in each and Agreement termination clause and clause for vacate the premises as well as Notice for vacate and relief for eviction from the premises is essential. Please look the noted above clause carefully in the Agreement for future relief.
