sir my tenant aggrement of 11 month will be over on coming 21-05-22 bt as per our telephonic conversation they are not ready to shift and we don't want to continue this agreement as per the review they are liar and every month they are delay in pay to rent and electricity bill and water bill..pls suggest some time they threat ki nahi khali karnge jo karna hai karlo
You can send them a legal notice to quit as per law and incase they fail then u can approach court for eviction.

Well in that case as soon as the last month of the agreement gets over send them a legal notice, asking them to hand over the vacant possession to you and for clearing all the dues. If in case they do not do so then you take an appropriate legal action against them in the court of law.
