I have order from small cause court dhobi talav mumbai to evict my tenant with costs. Do defendant’s comply with the irder to vacate and pay the legsl costs incurred by plaintiff.

first go through the order if it is mention in the order whatever be the conditions and if any cost is put on dependent it is there any order it is not there it was cost against dependent only the order is pass is passed to vacate the premises if there is no order of cost there will be not extra cost put on defendant it means how to follow the order of court to vacate the premises and if and if dependent is not ready to vacate the premises you have to go for police protection and with the help of police you can able to vacate the premises
