How to sublet or what other ways for pagdi system shop

How can I sublet my pagdi system shop at Nagpada,Mumbai-400008?Can it be legal?If not what are the other ways to do so?please suggest,as the shop is in my mother's name.She is 70 years,and cannot do business.And I work in other state.Please suggest me the best possible way ?Awaiting prompt and positive response for the same.

yes you can sublet your pagdi system shop provided you have requisite permission from the landlord.
even if the shop is in your mother's name there is no harm in the same as the documentation can be done from home as well if she cannot travel.

2. If it is mentioned in your rent agreement with pagdi owner that you can, then you may go ahead;
