Broker asking brokerage for showing the property first over the other

I was shown a property for rent by Broker 1. Then after 20 days I was shown same property by broker 2 with less brokerage and rent. I opted for same property with Broker 2. Broker 1 is contacting for brokerage as he shown me the property first.
You should pay Broker No. 1, Half of what was commited by you, that, you will pay him. You should pay him considering, that, he had shown Rental Property to you first. And, you should pay him half amount of what was commited by you on opting to execute Rental Contract,considering, that the Second Broker was able to give you a better deal than the first one, by convincing the owner of the Home to give Rental Property to you on Cheaper Rent.
