Will I be eligible for 7th pay if I resign from service

I am rajasthan state government employee from 3 years I have selected in some other government so if i resign now and the government implement 7 pay commision with effect from 01..01.2016 then am i eligible for arrears of 7th pay commssion arrears as i worked for more than a year since 01.01.2016... any advice will be appreciated
dear , if you have worked for a certain period and a conformation has been received by you , any date which will be your resignation date may be considered for calculating arrears, if any, arises out of effect of pay commission.

yes u will be eligible for the arrears only for the period you worked, i.e, date of implementation and till the date you have last worked in the predecessor department. if you have joined some ither services in the state of rajasthan than the appropriate forum for agitating and claiming your arrear shall be RCSAT, Jaipur.
