What to do in case of non allotment of candidates in govt banks

16-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
There is no communication from the bank regarding our joining formalities. 1. We are waiting since one year for provisional allotment (as we was under waiting list) and finally provisional allotment made on 31-01-2018 As we have allotted to KVG bank by IBPS, even though after allotment we didn’t get any communication regarding our joining formalities. 2. In all RRBs and PSBs the joining process of reserve list candidates is completed before the joining of regular batch (IBPS RRB CWE VI) recruits but, KVGB has given joining to RRB VI candidates. Results of reserved list candidates announced first (31.01.2018) and later regular batch(01.02.2018). 3. When we communicated bank officials in the month of February and March, they informed us to wait for some time. Afterwards they said, they have to decide in board meeting and also said “They have to decide whether to take or not”. Board meeting is completed but still we are not getting required information.

Hi. As you were in the provisional list, that cannot be termed as final allotment. I suggest to make sincere appeal to RRB & KVHB to regularise the provisional list as final. Its left to the decision of the Board finally.

Consult advocate and issue legal notice and then file an writ petition at High Court by seeking mandamus order to the concerned authority or government organisation. Bring all the rules and polices of the said bank pertaining to the cadre and recruitment of employees to take action against theme
