What to do if my salary has been deducted without my permission

Hi I am working one of IT firm kochi. they offere some salary while i joining the company. After that they deducted my salary with out my permiision. Is it possible?. But in offer letter they mentioned they have right to reduce my salary with out prior infomation. But still its possible?
The action is improper. The condition that "they have right to reduce my salary with out prior information" is of no consequence. You have the option to initiate appropriate action. It is advisable that a legal notice is served before precipitating any action.
