What to do if my job has been terminated without final settlement

I was working in a senior position in a limited company near kolkata. Suddenly they hv removed me from my job without any reason. Management even hold my last month salary n full n final. Since couple of months i am trying get back my money but they are making me fool. How can I get back my money.
Without knowing the terms and conditions of employment and reasons.stated in the letter of removal,

Dear Friend, first of all please accept my apology that I could have revert to this query before but due to my busy schedule I was not able to. Now referring to your query, please be informed that unless there is any exceptional reason like may be a second presence of yours in the Company's premises will be detrimental, no one can terminate you without a reasonable time and cause. Further any holding of salary without any justifiable reason is illegal. Please process to file a petition under section 33C of the Industrial Dispute Act. But before its advisable to slap them a legal notice so that if it resolves there is no need of litigation and after all sometimes Court also wants to see that what measure you have taken to claim the money and the Company deliberately avoid.
