What to do if employer asks to resign without prior notice

How can I proceed with an issue related to a teacher who has been working in a reputed cbse school in Bangalore for 16 years has been asked to resign without a prior notice. She has not been given any memoir anything
She can send legal notice to the school through her advocate by asking the illegality done by the school authority. By seeing their reply and if it is not satisfactory then she can proceed to the court to seek justice. Consult advocate with relevant documents.
