What if my ex employer is threatening to not pay F&F ?

I served the notice period with my previous company for 30 days and duly got relieved from my organisation however they are now asking me the name of my new organisation and threatening of not giving the F&F if I fail to do so Please confirm can they hold my F&F because of not sharing the new organisation's name

No the company can not stop your FnF in case any information such as company name you dont want to share is needed by them , The company may have the right to ask the company name if you have a job where conflict of business interest may matter due to competition. Hence they might want you not to join the competition.
