Violations of Labor laws compliance , abuse at work place

Company forced me to work more than 18 months consecutively without a holiday. It took toll on my health . Even Managers used abusive language . I reported both to HR via mail. Can I claim Rs 50 cr compensation from company in Labor court and also punishment for managers? I am still working in company.please suggest

It is very disturbing to hear about such kind of behaviour in a corporate.
Whether your company has bio metric system?
What is the nature of your job?
What is your pay band?
How did you calculated the compensation amount?

Kindly give in the required details for a workable advice.
