Sir, please tell me if I can apply for the IAS/IPS exams despite having an FIR in a fighting case. If both parties later reach a compromise, can I still apply? Please advise regarding UPSC rules on candidates with criminal cases and whether someone with an FIR can become an IAS

अगर आप लोगों की आपसी सुलह हो गई है तो बस सुलहनामा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय जो भी आपकी न्याय क्षेत्र में लगती हो एक रिट याचिका दाखिल करें और एक याचिका दाखिल करने के पश्चात सुलह के आधार पर वह FIR भाषण समाप्त कर दी जाएगी और आप यूपीएससी का एग्जाम और कोई भी नौकरी बड़े आराम से कर सकते हैं आपको कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी आपको यह रिट याचिका भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 226 के अंतर्गत दाखिल करानी होगी

Hello, regarding my divorce petition filed in 2013, the other party has filed a RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights). Despite several unsuccessful mediation sessions, he refuses mutual consent. He has clearly stated he will not grant me a divorce, despite my repeated declarations of not wanting to be with him. This delay is preventing me from moving on in life. It has been almost 5 years since we had any contact (email, phone, messages). Please advise on how to expedite this contested divorce case in India?

माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार अब यह नियम निर्धारित कर दिया गया है कि अगर दो कोई पक्ष एक साथ रहना नहीं चाहते हैं और उन्होंने एक साथ डाइवोर्स का मुकदमा दाखिल किया है तो उसे जल्द से जल्द निस्तारित कर दिया जाए आप पारिवारिक न्यायालय में तेरहवीं का मुकदमा दाखिल करें और वह पक्ष दाखिल जब करेंगे तो उन दोनों की सहमति के आधार पर आप का मुकदमा कम से कम समय पर निस्तारित हो जाएगा उस में 6 महीने की जो बाधिता थी वह समाप्त कर दी गई है

अगर न्यायालय में वकीलों के द्वारा स्ट्राइक की जा रही है तब आप व्यक्तिगत रूप से जमानत का प्रार्थना पत्र न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं और माननीय न्यायालय आपके द्वारा व्यक्तिगत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र पर सुनवाई करेगा और उस पर पश्चात आप की जमानत याचिका को गुण दोष के आधार पर निस्तारित करेगा

Q: Harassed by wife and in-laws through Police calls for false complaints

My wife and her family filed FIR and 2 case in Nov 2017 against my father , me and my sister. The chargesheet has not been filed yet, it has been investigated 3 times in our fav. so they are requesting investigation for same FIR again though higher department. My father is harassed by getting call from police and asked to visit police station every week for investigation. My father is heart patient and his health is effected due to this situation. I am afraid that we want to harm my father so that if any happens to him, we can easily target these me and my sis. So my question is Can I lodge a complaint or send a letter to higher police authority including CM for my family safety? Will it going to help me in my case.

अगर आपके आपके परिवार के विरुद्ध आपकी पत्नी बाप की सास के द्वारा जो प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट पंजीकरण कराई गई है वह अगर गलत है तो उस प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट उसके अगेंस्ट आप माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में रिट याचिका दाखिल कर सकते हैं माननीय उच्च न्यायालय आपकी f.i.r. को निरस्त कर सकती है और उसके समस्त के आगमन पर भूख लगा सकती है तथा आपको जो हरासमेंट किया जा रहा है उसके लिए मैं आपको प्रोडक्शन भी प्रदान कर सकती है
