Terminated by the company and forcing to resign

21-Mar-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been terminated by my parental company without any proper reason. My parental company (the company which hired me)said that the client location (which I was been hired to work for) has given a statement that they don't want me in their office anymore. Now my parental company is asking me to resign forcefully and pay the training fee amount with in a week or else if they terminates me then they wont give me my passport back and will file a case against me for giving them loss in business

hi first need to see the contents of the appointment letter issued to you then need to see the terms and conditions of the offer letter and if they are not giving your passport then you could proceed legally
