Show Casue Notice for termination of service

Sir, I was appointed to the post of LDC on 20.07.2009 Now in the month of August i received one show cause notice from the Deputy Commissioner, asking that why my services may not be terminated to the post of LDC. on the allegation as under That the appointment process has been taken up under chairmanship of I/c Principal . The regular principal started the appointment process and due to his health issue he proceeded on leave and delegated his power to the i/c principal with the permission of the then Deputy Commissioner. on this issue the now deputy commissioner put the question, please
You have to reply to the show cause notice on proper fact and all facts should be put as per law so that if in case your termination is approved by the higher authority then you should have grounds on which you will challenge that order.

You should revert back with the exact details of recruitment stating the role and entry of Principal I/C. Why he was there, on what circumstances, why you have nothing to do with the above situation and hence stating yourself to be a genuine recruitment and eligible candidate for the said post.

If your appointment was done following all necessary rules and established procedures of the School then the Deputy Commissioner cannot arbitrarily decide to terminate your employment.
