No. If we describe under what circumstances we have put our signature in that MOU and if we establish this fact that certain gift or dowry has been given after signing of MOU under demand and compulsion. If you share the contents of MOU then it will be more easy to answer.Thanks

Can promise to marry be alleged that it happened on phone without meeting. That also the lady is 37 year old and doctorate from premier institute. She says promise to marry on phone without evidence.

You may evict them by following due process of law . If they are threthening you then you may file a criminal cas against them and that will also help you to evict them from the house.Thanks and regards

Q: Prevent myself from any false case by my girl friend's family

I and my girlfriend are running away from our family to do marriage and we both are hindus. Girl parents are totally against the marriage due to inter-caste. We are looking for arya samaj marriage and then register our marriage. The girl parents may file a complaint against me and my family. So please help us.. Should my girlfriend give a written statement to the police station to avoid the complaint. Also guide me the process.

Q: Domestic violence false case filed by my wife over me and my family

Sir/mam it's been 5 years since our marriage and we have two kids she stayed with me for only for a year and a half I was a drug addict and under that influence I said talaq on WhatsApp two times, since 6months she isn't talking to me or allowing the kids to talk to me now she has filed a domestic violence case against me my parents and her father asking for maintenance of 75 k monthly and compensation of 75 Lacs , now I'm not into drugs or anything I just want compromise and live a normal life together iam a Muslim doctor who was irresponsible husband due to drugs now I'm clean tell me what to do
