Q: Taking care of property from last 40 years how can we claim it ?

We're taking care of a land from past 40 years. Now the landowner is threatening us to take back the land, He gave us without enforcement. We've no legal papers of it. The land is still barren, We took care and didn't used it in any incorrect way. Please help us to keep the land. My uncle was also the partners with the landowner. what is supreme court judgement on possession of property ?

As you mentioned that you are a care taker of a property and that property is barran than how you will proof that you are in possession of that property since last 40 years.If you have any proof regarding the same then only your rights can be save.Kind regards

Q: What happens if police caught me with my girlfriend in hotel ?

Sir, I had stayed with my girlfriend on night in a hotel and police caught us, but we are not in doing sex on that time. we are above 30yrs age. police harassed me and slapped. it is bcz he found that i had record a video of sex. he noted only my all details & told to leave room. we left room ,he took sd card but donot called me to come police station. can they registered any case against me bcz of memory card. he also took our xerox copy of ids ,is it illegal to have sex in a hotel?, we r from outside the city.so please tell me bcz i donot want to face this situation bcz of parents

You have not mentioned the reason for staying and how police came to know about your stay. It is a routine checking or something else and if police desired so they can im0licate you in a false case. You are talking about which state police.Thanks

Q: Does fir against a person means his career is finished, also does fir affect private job?

Sir, an FIR has been filed against me and my family by my sister after she court-married. When we tried to meet her at the High Court, she refused and caused a scene, during which her lawyer recorded a video leading to this FIR. How long will this case take to resolve? I am preparing for SSC exams. The investigating officer suggests removing the arrest mention from the charge sheet for a fee. Can avoiding arrest save my career? What steps should I take during police verification for government jobs, and how can we resolve this case without guidance?

Only removing the name from arrest memo will not help you Queshing is necessory and futher more if court direct to the police then again police has to arrest you . So dont get in all this .Kind regards

Dear Sir, I am 24 yrs girl. i want to marry a boy but my parents are against of this. So we decided to marry in arya samaj mandir. But we want that our marriage remain confidential. As i am preparing for goverment exams so i have to fill many forms so if we do marriage is it necessary to mention there that I am married or i can fill it single?? Is hiding marital status in govt job crime? plz solve my query asap

If you are marry with some one and after that you want to fill ant form for job then you have to mentioned yiurself as a married. You can not hide it if you will hide and you selected then Certainly if will it will amount to telling a lie which may result into cancilatoin of your candiature.Kind regards
