Sir Some of the pensioners approached high Court for revision of pension of pre 2006 pensioners and grant of extension of benefit of upgradation of posts subsequent to retirement. The HC give verdict in favour of pensioners. The Railway Admistraion filed a SLP in SC and it was dismissed by Apex court. Then Railway Admistraion implemented the judgement to petitioners only leaving similarly placed. What are the remedies to the rest of the pensioners to get the benefit. What is the procedure,where to file the case and whom etc. Please advise in detail. Thanking you sir
You may bring up this matter to the Court specifically mentioning that what has happened in between since the judgment has been passed by the Hon'ble High Court and subsequently been approved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
