After resignation, management has not been responding to any of the employee’s messages about closure, handover dates, not even the plan of action to go about. 4 months to resignation now. Occasionally sends messages that they will take legal action. Employee is mentally harassed and scared as employer is powerful. Employee has done all email communication but startup employer is misusing power to scare.

Hello Good Morning I'm Advocate Vivek Mishra well according to this you have to take legal action against your employer because this is unfair .. you have to go for further course of action. in court for more information kindly contact me. Thank you
