Hello Sir,Maam हमने एक एप और वेबसाइट बनाया है ,जिसमे हम गवर्नमेंट हॉस्पिटल की पब्लिक डोमेन की इनफॉर्मेशन ऐप में दिखाएंगे जैसे ओपीडी शेड्यूल , डॉक्टर्स का नेम , इन्वेस्टिगेशन चार्जेस, चैट सर्विस etc तो यह सब दिखाना लीगल है या नही । और उसमे हॉस्पिटल और डॉक्टर्स की फोटोज लगाना । एप और वेबसाइट से कुछ रॉयल्टी प्राप्त करना लीगल है या नही ? या भविष्य में हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन की तरफ से कोई दिक्कत तो नही होगी ।

Q: Physical abuse by a girl working in my office
This is matter which start from my office in my office there is a colleague who is allegedly slap me in front of many people of my office and his friend grab my neck and threatening me I complaint about that all situations to my office hr and higher authority after seeing all vdo forage they concluded that she intentionally slap me and all agree with that but I asked my hr to fire her. But they only do formalities and still supported that girl and all matter closed by a sorry.

Q: Reimbursement of hospital bills of my accident
Yesterday I met with an accident. I was travelling in my office's cab. It happened due to over speeding and rash driving done by the driver. When the driver saw my head was bleeding badly, he ran out the car and just disappeared. When taken to the nearest hospital, I had bruises on my body and majorly my head was injured. Doctor told he had removed glass pieces from my head and I got 15 stitches on my head. Multiple tests were done before discharging. I want my company to pay bills. Pls guide.

For an employee who is leaving a company after 5 years of work, the full and final settlement is as follows: minimum wage + 12% PF + Paid Leave + Statutory Bonus + Statutory Gratuity. The employment contract clearly states that the employee must serve a notice period of 1 month before leaving the company. If the employee suddenly resigns without any notice, can the company decide to hold/not pay this entire amount?
