Not paying Gratuity and salary of last month,terminate with 15 days tm

My boss terminate me with 15 days time period,not paying last month salary ,7 years of gratuity.
When I mail him for Gratuity he replied that he has list of mistake I did and company HV loss due to these mistake but I did any quotation and design with the knowledge of my boss always in cc in mail.they did not give me maternity leave they give only 20 days maternity leave.
I did the work during my covid 19 desease and also when I m in admit in hospital too...
