Regarding Non Payment of Employee Full & Final Settlement

My Company didn't paid Full and Final Settlement amount for Notice Period Served. They have shared Experience letter and Accepted Reliving on email, but delaying the settlement.
You are suggested to send a legal notice demanding the payment of dues of your salary to the company. Most probably, this would resolve the issue. If the issue still remains unresolved, you'll have to file a suit for recovery of the amount in the appropriate court.

Hello you should file a complaint to Labour commissioner and Labour Court if you are a workman but if you are a manager send legal notice to your employer through a lawyer for demand of full and final and thereafter if dispute is not settled approach civil court for recovery
