Not getting equal pay at same post under central health service

Upsc hired assistant professor of cardiology under central health service group A
However in chandigarh this post is getting salary of grade pay level 13 while in delhi central govt is paying by level 11 only
While both post are of similar jod requirement similar work and responsibilty and hired by same upsc and comes under same central govt jobs
What can I do
Equal pay for equal work is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution of India. You are eligible for the same grade pay at par to your counterparts. In this we can file a writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court and can surely get the relief. Please feel free to contact.

In such a matter, you should represent yourself before the Authority pointing out the discrepancy and unequal treatment for the same post. And if the issues are not resolved at the Authorities level then you can move to the Court for the redressal of the grievances.
