Non payment of salary of working days

Sir here I would to share the atrocitie of my employer. I have joined my company on 15 July 2019 as Senior Manager but due to some reason I resigned on 4 July 2019 and joined other organisation. I have properly informed by verbally to my reporting superior and thereafter submitted my resignation thru email with 3 days notice as I was in probation, I can left the company without any intimation or I can left after the received of salary but I have not done anything wrong or unethical. I transacted my duties and company assets properly and timely and followed complete formalities as per company norms. But now till date despite of several reminder verbal & written requests no payment of my working days has been received yet. I have not did any thing wrong I just follow the right path & way but here I was cheated by the company and struggling to recover my salary of working days ( 20) I know this is my right to claim salary of my duties served to company.. please help with advice and act

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a strongly worded legal notice to the concerned directors of the company demanding your salary within days time. For the same you may contact me.
