05-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

My organization give me a redeployable letter in which they stated that I need to search for a job within or outside the organization in 90 days and I got the job in 15 days after receiving the above letter....however now they are saying that you need to give the notice period as they will recover the notice period from my full and final....can you please suggest me what's need to be done in that case

They can not seek Notice period as they were the ones who actually gave you notice to seek another job. In the event they recover the same or try to recover the same, from your full & final, give them a legal notice first, and if they still go ahead & deduct the salary file suit for recovery against the company.

you will have to serve the notice period if that is the requirement of the contract you signed with the company. Unfortunately if the contract so provides that if you do not serve the notice period then certain amount as provided in the contract will be recovered then not withstanding the circumstances under which you leave the company you will need to either serve the notice period or forfeit the said amount.
