Meeseva Collector has canceled. They should come back if they court

It is related to Mee seva, we have given 11 members exam, interviews and proceedings by the government. We have prepared shops for mee seva. The Collector has issued an order canceling our selection that the concerned officer has tampered with the marks by giving a complaint. An officer's mistake made us unemployed. We have spent a lot on the expandeture of shops. Please show us the way. If we file a case in court, will mee seva come?
hi first need to see the proceedings issued by the collector in cancelling the meesva license held by you people and that whether any notice was issued before cancellation of license and that you could challenge in court
