Legality of Document titled "Services Agreement" given by employer

Is services agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper legal and binding? I recently joined a company and signed services agreement on a stamp paper of Rs. 100 where I have been referred to as a CONSULTANT and NOT AS AN EMPLOYEE OF COMPANY. But the points of the agreement are all in favor of the employer. The MINIMUM lock in period is of 5 years and six months salary as penalty. Undated cheque also is submitted as token of trust or security deposit with a clause of encashment. The document is signed by two parties in two different cities! What if I decide to leave tomorrow for a better opportunity? Can legal case be filed in such one sided agreements? No training provided by company. Please guide.
