Electricity sent bill of fraud under sec 135 for Rs. 2.38 lacs.Non payment of the same will leads to FIR against me. What is the way forward.

Q: Don't have OC but all legal court document are in place

Builder has cheated by one flat to two different buyer to earn money, however there is no builders anymore. nHence Building has no OC rest document have in place. Is it ok to buy flat without OC.

Q: Mentally tierd and troubled by in laws

How can one get divorce if the mother in law says that she wants a boy child and husband is asking for child and do not give me name money , ex he gives 2000 rs at the end of the month . He takes me to Bhutan and makes me climb a mountain in my menstrual cycle even after telling him that I’am feeling fatigue. I’am at my parents home since 2 months and I just can’t go back have sex with him and enjoy . I’am very unhappy with this naval officer whose parents only want dowry . When they had come to see me my parents asked are there any demands , give the list but rather than that my mother in law came inside the bedroom and said we want 80 grams of chain . They are Tamil and I’am a north India born and brought up in Mumbai and our mentalities don’t match. My husband doesn’t support me for working in airports . He directly told it’s a fraud job . He didn’t even ask once that if u can trust them then u go and find it and start working. He seeks help from outsiders but not from wife & family

Q: My subject is today related with suicide crime

My question is that I always heard that in love relationships girls or boys became victim for suicide due to rejection of relationship, not agreed with each other, misunderstanding,etc and the person whose name is written by suicide victim regarding love purpose that boy or girl get arrested. So my question is that why a boy or a girl get arrested whose name is mentioned by the suicide victim? What are the laws to save the right person from a person who is only mentioning the person's name while committing suicide? If a boy or a girl rejects a relationship and for that reason if someone commit suicide why the mentioned name of boy or girl written in suicide note will be arrested?
