Legal action against forceful resignation and salary dues unpaid

Respected sir/mam i m working with a pharmaceutical company suddenly he forceing for my regignation and he stop my working they said u r terminated for the cmpany and they want to stop their HQ. i have no option to resigned. so i m resigned my job. when i demand my unpaid salary and expencess of two months they said after u r resigned company will pay your all unpaid i complete all the procedure and then i received letter from him they said u not said to the company u have send any notice that u r resigned on particular date thats why he deducted my salary. but how it is possible for me that i will be terminated on next months and particuler time when i call him he not intrested to talk with me he said that the company law and every employe has paid that amount. He deducted almost my one month salary and not providing my salary slip. company not send me any notice for that. help me please to solve this problem

The most appropriate remedy at this stage is to send your employer a legal notice drafted by an efficient lawyer. Once you alarm him with the consequences of you pursuing this case in court, your employer will most probably give you your pending salary.

you can initiate criminal complaint in nearest police station against your employer or u can claim before the labour court. U can also file for liquidation of company if its a registered company like pvt ltd or public ltd.
