landlord serving notice to employee--- Sir/Madam Please help/guide me....I was working in a company as a manager and dat company is no more functioning(got bankrupt) der was a agreement btw landlord n our company's owner wic got expired long back..n some pending rent arrears issue btw dem...Now the landlord is harrassing me by serving notice to me in my residential address...wen I was just an employee der n I havnt recd salary for last 3 months der ....I have been targeted for no fault of mine....n facing unwanted mental harrasment....I m jobless n these guys are simply harrassing me by giving me notices n court summons....hope u understand my situation,pain n mental tension wen I dont understand why i was served dis notice.? do I need to reply? what needs to b done? Please help me accordingly... Thanks & Regards...

Yes you need to respond to the letter through your lawyer for your future safety. Pls call me. you were just an employee and you have no onus for any rent whatsoever. Still you need to clarify in detail.

Hi,
You from input it seems that you should not have been harassed. Though, to advice you accurately, I need to see the rent agreement and the terms and conditions mentioned in it. If he has severed a notice upon you, you should reply to it through your own lawyer. And if he has started any court proceedings in which you have been made a party then you should contest it.

MY OPINION THAT you have harass by the opposite party by false allegation against you which has actually no basis,i think in that aspect it is very important to know that what they have written at their letter, then you have decide your further movement,contact with me.
