Internal Complaint Committee Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place

Committee commenced enquiry on 02/12/15 on complaint dated 18/11/15. In the proceedings it emerged that there is no angle of sexual harassment involved and it was a case of argument which has been corroborated by multiple witnesses from the complainant's side. Even two Sr. officer deposed to say that the complaint is aimed at settling personal scores. Committee is not submitting report although enquiry against me concluded on 12/04/16 for which I have addressed a mild letter/notice but there is no reply and the report is still awaited. What should be my next course of action?

Well of you feel there is sexual offence committees by such person and the committee is bias on their decision you have option to file a complaint against such person in the local police station. It would be good if you get all the details of such inquary committee.

A second query will not resolve the issue. May I advise you to discuss the details with documents in your possession. All I can say that if there is no proof then why are you concerned. Let them sit over report. You may however prefer a complaint to department head for delay in submission. If your interests are being affected like promotion you may take a legal remedy but only after exhausting depart5mental remedy.
