I received a letter from Company to recover notice period amount of rs42867 and giving a legal action warning against me. I worked only 6days there and I'm on probation period on that time. Still I'm jobless and don't have money to pay this amount.

If you joined company you are bound by terms of contract If the terms state that you were required to pay for notice period or you were to work there diring notice period then you have to pay There is nothing which can be done However if terms did not specify payment you can write back to company

The appointment under indigent circumstances is based upon vacancy and financial status of youts. You need to submit an application to department of your wife with details of your assets and liabilities. If you have minor girl child it would help

The Court, in order to clear long outstanding cases puts them in regular list The list starts with oldest case as number 1 and progressively goes to the newest case Generally AFT takes one case on a particular day So you have to wait till your turn comes
