I am eligible for government job if one exam is cancelled.

When I was studying btech in my 7 th semister one exam has been cancelled becouse of malpractice case becouse one paper is there with me and I did not use that material in the examination so, only one exam is cancelled and I got result of all other subjects in that semister. then in 8 th semester I cleared that examination and I completed my BTech in 4 years.. in short memo or long memo there is no indication of that case (In supply short memo I got that one particular subject name and showed as pass and on regular short memo that particular subject name is not mentioned ) now here my question is I am eligible for government jobs.. and in ATTESTATION FORM there is a question Have you ever been debarred from any examination or rusticated by any University or any other educational authority, institution ? For these question is my answer is yes or no.

It seems that the university alleged that you use some malpractices while appearing in your examination and later on you cleared that exam. Since you have cleared the exam so nothing remains unless and until something specifically asked to you. The allegations of malpractices are there so did you answer did you put your defence that you did not use any malpractices or there was nothing like that did opportunity was given to you Since you have cleared the exams and nothing remains I have dictated the answer you may contact our team for further action thank you
