I am being terminated from my post before being given prior notice

i am being terminated from my post before being given prior notice.They once mailed me that one should inform two month before either from both side but now they are refusing from this statement.Is mail is legal to file a case in court.Or what should i do to solve this Please suggest me

Mail is legal and can be used in evidence.
Yoy can approach the court directly if they terminate without giving notice or pay in lieu thereof. Even if they terminate and you intend to remain in that post, still you can file a case.
Initially my advise is get issued a legal notice in the matter.
Consult a good advocate in the matter.

See you have not disclosed that your teams and conditions of the services how ever giving you the opportunity of hearing is mandatory so challenge the notice terminating your services and i believe that ypur purpous will survive
