Sir/Madam i file a appeal for divorce case in High court. my advocate has taken all the necessary document and told me that notice has sent to my wife but when i checked online it is showing, the case was dismisses(FA320/17). when i talk to my lawyer he said that the net is having some issue. today almost 4 month passed but notice wwas not arrived in my wife's house. so i want to know that was my lawer was lying? if yes then what should i do?

Wife has already filed for maintenance and already 5 months have passed and she wants to file for divorce. But for that one year physical separation is required if it is so then this 5 months will be counted or not? Whether she will be granted divorce if she doesn't claim alimony?

No you cannot file a case after the laps of six months in law everything has has the procedure and time limitations thus it has to be done within the time stipulated in the act moreover see the valadety of the cheque whether it has expired or no
